Does AccoRez have limited number of room types and packages?
There is no limit on how many rooms or room's type you can have with AccRez. You can have as many packages and extras as you like. The smart AccRez system will do the rest for you. The system will intelligently monitor a package's life time. When the package's time is to expire AccRez will stop publishing it on a publicly visible part of the website and as such free resources for ordinary room bookings.

Do I have access to my customers and reservation database?
Yes! You have a complete access to database of all the customers who have reserved through your Internet site. You are provided with reports of current, past and future arrivals and departures; customer details, occupancy rates, rent collected, etc.

Do I have access to my customers and reservation database?
We host our own email server. Your business will be given one default email address on which you will be receiving your booking confirmations and be able to communicate regularly with us. If you need more email addresses for your co-workers just give us a call and we will assign you more email accounts.

Emails are very often spammed. Can I relay on them?
With AccRez you do not need to relay on any email system. You are provided with a facility to instantly monitor occupancy of your rooms. As your customer press the submit button he will be presented with an invoice detailing the booking information as well as he/she will receive an email confirmation related to the booking in concern. On the other side you'll be able to detect a change on your switchboard. The room will be marked as booked and if clicked on the switchboard's button you will be presented with all customers' personal details as well as booking details.
